2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on knockout and use its betting services, you must meet certain eligibility requirements.

Age Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on knockout. The platform may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to verify your age may result in temporary or permanent account closure.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may only register one account.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number during registration.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

KYC Verification

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

5Betting Rules & Conditions

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets are void if the event does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided.

Accumulator Bet

In an accumulator bet combining multiple events, if one event is cancelled, it is counted as a "Win" and the remaining legs stay active.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on knockout. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms
• Using automated software or bots
• Using or accessing someone else's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Allowing or facilitating anyone under 18 to participate
• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents

7Account Suspension & Closure

Knockout reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Voluntary Closure (Requested by User)

• You can request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• Activating self-exclusion will lock your account for a set period.
• You may withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

Closed by knockout

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• In the event of a KYC verification failure.
• As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.

8Limitation of Liability

Knockout strives to provide the highest standard of safe and reliable service. However, knockout's liability is limited in the following areas.

• Losses caused by internet outages or third-party technical failures.
• Losses arising from a user sharing their own account credentials with others.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes are entirely at the user's own risk.

9Responsible Betting Policy

Knockout believes betting is a form of entertainment — not addiction. We provide the following tools to support responsible betting.
